I am Ali Saleem Aljsine, the person behind Novellence. You work directly with the same person when the need is understood, the preview is shaped and the website is built.
Direct accountability
One accountable person throughout.
You do not have to explain the business again to a salesperson, project manager and then a developer. Questions, decisions and feedback go directly to the person doing the work.
I primarily build websites for Danish tradespeople and local service businesses. Automation can follow later. Infrastructure is a separate specialist offer for technical businesses.
Working approach
Start simple. Make ownership clear.
Technology should solve a concrete problem and be explainable. I keep what already works, avoid unnecessary layers and make responsibility and handover clear.
